「紙相撲」という懐かしい遊びが、Web3の仕組みと出会うとどうなるのか？
その答えのひとつが 「紙相撲DAO」 です。

🎌 DAOとは？

DAO（Decentralized Autonomous Organization）は、分散型コミュニティのこと。
中央に運営者がいなくても、参加者それぞれが意見を出し合い、投票で企画やルールを決めていける仕組みです。

Instead of a central organizer, participants share ideas and make decisions together through voting.

🌍 紙相撲DAOのイメージ

• 力士を作る → 自分のオリジナル力士を参加させる

• 応援する → NFTカードやトークンを通じて、自分の推し力士をサポート

• 参加する → 大会のルールや新しい企画を、ファントークンで投票できる

これまでのスタイルを踏襲しつつも更なる進化へ！もっともっと「ただ見る」から「一緒に育てる」へ。
ファンが直接関わることで、紙相撲の未来はコミュニティ全体で形作られていきます。

✨ トークン化の楽しみ　※2026年中のスタート予定です

紙相撲DAOでは、遊びや応援の体験そのものが トークン になります。
例えば、※まだ企画段階ですのであくまで一例です

• 中継に参加するとトークンを獲得

• 作った力士やNFTを持っている力士が優勝したり勝ち越すとトークンを獲得

• 集めたトークンで次の企画を提案したり投票できる

このように「応援＝参加の証」となり、トークンを持つことで牛乳パックで紙相撲を育てることも出来ます。

これまでの紙相撲は「作って遊ぶ」「応援する」だけでした。
でもこれからは、ファン自身が共同プロデューサー になれる時代。
DAOという仕組みを使うことで、紙相撲は1つの遊びから、世界中の人々が一緒に関わる文化体験へと進化していきます。

In Paper Sumo DAO, the very act of playing and cheering becomes tokenized.
For example (still in planning, just examples):

• Earn tokens by joining live broadcasts

• Gain tokens when your created rikishi or owned NFT rikishi wins or achieves a winning record

• Use collected tokens to propose or vote on new projects

In this way, cheering = proof of participation, and by holding tokens, fans can help grow the world of Milk Carton Sumo.

Start date for this system is undecided.

牛乳パックで紙相撲協会では初期の頃より皆さんと一緒につくり上げるというモットーで進めています。

紙相撲力士だけじゃなく「座布団」「お客さんヒヨコ」などファンの皆様のアイデアから生まれたものも多数。

本場所中継の中では「紙相撲ツクール」というコーナーがあり視聴者の皆さんとのやり取りから生まれたものもあります。

これからも多くの皆さんに仲間に加わっていただきたく、幾つかのプロジェクトとして募集します。

札幌市北区篠路（最寄駅から送迎可）

＜日程＞

毎週木曜日が基本。

月1回や不定期での参加もOKです。

＜時間＞

13時30分ころ〜18時30分ころ　または　その後のゲーム配信もご一緒いただける場合は21時ころまで

特別な技術が無くても大丈夫です！ご希望があれば同時に出演も可能。

【土俵作りプロジェクト】

現在使っている土俵は7年が経過し劣化が進んでいます。

そこで新しい土俵を作ってくださる方を広く募集いたします。

＜牛乳パックで紙相撲協会が考える土俵ルール＞

・直径12センチ以上（現在の土俵が12センチですが、少し大きいくらいでも良いと考えています）

・土の部分は紙やすり

・土俵の両サイドを叩く等すると力士が動く

＜常識を超えた土俵もOK?＞

メインの土俵とは別となってしまうかもしれませんが、協会としては新しい発想の土俵があっても良いと思っています。

たとえば・・・

・円形じゃない

・土俵に落とし穴？など仕掛けがある　などなど
